Licensing: the MOH register holds exactly one dentist surnamed Mezhericky — "Mezhericky Boris" (Hebrew register spelling, surname first), licence 2-6397, permanent, active, issued 09/03/1992, registered city Haifa. He holds no MOH specialist certificate, so the orthodontics and implant work the site advertises is general-practice scope rather than a registered specialty. The Google Maps listing was re-read on 2026-09-02: address Moriah Ave 40, 3457206, phone +972 4-851-1571 and website art-smile.co.il all match the card, and the listing still carries no star rating and no reviews at all — which is why both reputation fields are null rather than low. Browser follow-up 2026-09-03: art-smile.co.il was opened in Chrome to settle the "3D in dentistry" page the earlier pass could not read. The page is an empty stub - its body is the heading alone - and several sibling pages are equally thin, so hasCBCT stays null rather than being inferred from a navigation label.
