Periodontics- and orthodontics-oriented practice on Haifa’s Moria medical strip, anchored by Dr. Bernard Dahan, a registered periodontist who is also the clinic’s MOH-registered medical director, with periodontist Dr. Binyamin Retzkin and Dr. Anne Sophie Attal also named on the WhatClinic profile.
Two corrections from primary sources opened on 2026-09-02. First, the clinic does publish a website — m-m-m.co.il, carried on its own Google Maps listing — so the earlier "no website" reading, taken from the WhatClinic profile alone, was wrong. Second, and unusually for this country, the clinic holds an MOH facility licence: the Institutions Registry lists "Perio Team 78", code 557BN, at "Moriya 78, Haifa 34613" (Hebrew address) — the card’s address to the postcode — valid to 01/02/2027, with Dr Bernard Dahan as registered medical director. That record also resolves an ambiguity in the dentist register, which holds two active dentists named "Dahan Bernard": the institution record cites licence 4016 and periodontics, which is the Haifa entry (2-4016, periodontics certificate 243 since 04/01/1984), not the Tel Aviv one. Dr Retzkin is confirmed as a registered periodontist (2-4165, certificate 712). Dr Attal is on the register (2-9018) but holds no periodontics certificate and no other specialist certificate, so she is recorded as a dentist rather than as a periodontist — the earlier summary described both her and Dr Retzkin as periodontists. On Dr Rafi Romano, whom the WhatClinic profile also names: the register confirms an orthodontist "Romano Rafael", 2-3997, orthodontics certificate 502 since 04/07/1993, registered city Herzliya — his association with this Haifa address still could not be confirmed and is not asserted. Google Maps re-read 2026-09-02: 4.9 from 112 reviews at Moriah Ave 78 — unchanged.
